Continuing Education Policies
How To Register
Please visit us online at www.estelle.edu and click on Continuing Education under the Admissions menu for a complete listing of available CE classes. Once you choose the class you’re interested in, please click on the purple “Register” button next to the class and complete the online registration form and submit payment via credit or debit card. Registration may also be completed via telephone at (847) 329-9174 with a major credit/debit card.
Registration Requirements:
- Professional License Number (Esthetics or Cosmetologist)
- Full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
- Full payment is due at the time of registration (We accept most major credit/debit cards online)
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation once you have completed online registration and submitted payment. An automatic e-mail reminder will be sent 48hrs prior to the class date.
Cancellation Policy
All classes are non-refundable and seating is limited.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we require that you contact Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Your payment will be transferred to another available class of your choice within two (2) months of the originally scheduled class date. After two (2) months, no credit or refunds will be provided and complete payment and right to transfer will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
We require 7 days notice for cancellation, at which time your original payment can be transferred to another CE class at Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute. The transferred class must be completed within 2 months of your originally scheduled class. If you do not attend a class and have not given prior notification to Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute, you forfeit the right to transfer to another class and will not be issued a refund or credit. Our class sizes are limited in order to provide you with individual attention from our instructors and we often have a wait list for a class. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in accordance with our cancellation policy (or you will be liable for full payment of the class) and we’ll be happy to reschedule you for another class.
Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued by postal mail within 2 weeks following full completion of each continuing education class at Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute. Late arrival or early dismissal by the student will result in forfeiture of their Certificate of Attendance. Please confirm that we have your correct mailing address on file. CEU hours are calculated based on the length of the class and hours of active learning.
Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute reserves the right to change the date, time, and/or location of the class and will notify attendees of any such changes.
